"The German term 'ich mache mir ein Bild von Dir' loosely translates into English as
'I'm making myself a picture of you' or ' I'm trying to find out who you are'.

Portrait making is such a process in which much information is being intuited by the artist about the person to be painted. This information will not just be reflected in the facial expression but also in the colors and shapes surrounding the subject and create a specific mood to support this unique view of a person through one artist's eyes.
My early work was inspired by my interest in the infinite variations of the human face how much it reflects our life's experiences. So portraiture became my first main subject matter.
